After the customer's application for an online purchase has been completed and the order has been confirmed, the customer will be contacted to confirm the delivery time and payment for the product. If the customer cannot receive the product on the day proposed for delivery and payment, the product that the customer wishes to purchase will be stored in his\/her name for 7 (seven) days from the date of order confirmation.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery of the order.<\/h2>\n<p>\nDelivery to the specified address is carried out to the places you specified, provided that there are no obstacles in the corridors and passages. The width, height and length of passages, doors, corridors, stairs must be at least 5 centimeters larger than the goods in the package.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nIf conditions at the location you specify prevent the delivery of goods or may damage them, the goods will be delivered to the nearest location at the specified address. The courier does not clear the area of \u200b\u200bobstacles, does not change the location of objects in the room.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThe courier's duties do not include consultations on the operation, features, installation and configuration of the product.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nWhen accepting an order in the presence of the person delivering the order, you can check:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>appearance and packaging of the order<\/li>\n<li>quantity of goods in the order<\/li>\n<li>availability of completeness and accompanying documents.<\/li>\n<li>You have the right to check the technical characteristics of the product in the presence of the person making the delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Upon delivery, the order is delivered to you or to the person specified as the recipient of the order.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThe order is considered delivered to you from the moment of delivery of the products and signing of the accompanying documents confirming delivery.
