Terms and concepts used.
The terms used in the return policy (rules) have the following meaning: OOO SHOPPINGAZ and/or the Company/Seller – Limited Liability Company SHOPPINGAZ (VÖEN: 1703689661).
Website – the Shopping.az website of the SHOPPINGAZ chain of stores, owned by SHOPPINGAZ LLC.
Buyer — The user viewing the advertisements posted by the Seller contacts the Seller and/or enters into an agreement with him/her to purchase the goods.
Return of goods.
The site operates in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights. According to Article 25 of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", you can return or exchange a quality product purchased on the site within 14 days, regardless of the day of purchase, in the following cases:

  4. If the defect cannot be confirmed on site, the product is sent to the service center for examination.
  5. Goods returned by the User as damaged, defective or not in accordance with the order are subject to full reimbursement to the Buyer of their cost, including delivery costs, after establishing that they are indeed such.
  6. Unless the User expressly agrees to use another payment method, the refund will be made using the same payment method that the Buyer used to purchase the returned item, provided that this does not result in additional costs for the User.
  7. If the purchaser of the goods included in the order form and the person who paid for these goods are two different persons and the right to cancel the contract is exercised, the return policy applies to the person who paid for the order.
  • b) At the personal request of the buyer The return policy applies in the following cases:
  1. The product has not been used (no signs of use)
  2. Product and consumer qualities are not violated
  3. The factory packaging is not damaged.
  4. Fully furnished
  5. Applications are not installed or activated when purchasing electronic devices
  6. There is a cash receipt or any other document confirming payment for the cost of this product.

Note 2: If the hygiene product packaging is not sealed, the product cannot be returned under any circumstances. Note 3: If the product does not meet the return conditions and has no defects, it will not be returned.


Return Policy (Procedure):

  3. The refund of the amount paid by the buyer for the goods is carried out after the goods have been assessed by a technical specialist in the store.
  4. If it is impossible to conduct an examination on site, the goods are sent to the service for examination.
  5. Once it is established that the goods returned by the User meet all the above conditions for return, the Buyer will be reimbursed for their full cost, excluding shipping costs.
  6. Unless the User has expressly agreed to use another payment method, refunds will be made using the same payment method that the Buyer used to purchase the returned goods.
  7. If the buyer of the goods included in the order form and the person paying for these goods are two different persons, then the money is returned to the person who paid for the order.
  8. If the goods do not meet the return conditions, the Buyer is informed that the goods/goods are not subject to return. In this case, the Buyer may request the return of the goods at his own expense in the same condition in which they were returned to the Seller; the Seller must be notified. Otherwise, if the Buyer does not request the Seller to return the goods to the Seller in the condition in which they were returned and does not pay the shipping costs in advance or does not purchase the goods, such failure will constitute a waiver of the Buyer's ownership of the goods and the Seller's right to dispose of them at its own discretion.
