"Yallı is a national dance of Azerbaijan and one of the oldest dance forms. During the 13th session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage of UNESCO, held from November 26 to December 1, 2018, the decision was made to include 'Yallı (Köçəri, Tənzərə), the traditional group dances of Nakhchivan' in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List for Urgent Safeguarding."
